You will need a high-clearance vehicle near the top of this road.
At the very top, you’ll reach the area near West Maroon Trailhead, which is especially stunning during wildflower season.
If you’re looking for a shorter hike, you can hike about two miles in and turn around, and you’ll still experience incredible scenery the entire way.
